Indigo Blue Ray Angel Holistic Trading and Wellness Consulting was founded with a simple but heartfelt vision: to create a welcoming space where people can discover carefully selected holistic products, authentic crystals and minerals, educational resources, and inspiration for a healthier and more balanced life.

After several years of operating both online and through our physical shop in Larnaca, Cyprus, we are now entering an exciting new chapter.

At this beautiful stage of my life, I have also been blessed with another precious role — that of becoming a grandmother. As my physical store enters a period of transition, this felt like the perfect opportunity to expand our presence online. While the physical shop may not always be accessible for some time, my hope is that this website will continue to connect us with people from Cyprus and around the world, allowing us to share our products, knowledge, and passion for holistic wellbeing wherever they may be.

Hello! My name is Aliki Themistocleous-Demetriou.

For the past 24 years, I have been deeply involved in the fields of Energy Healing, Holistic Wellness, and Natural Healing. My journey began as someone seeking healing for myself. Experiencing the profound positive impact these practices had on my life inspired me to explore them more deeply — not only to improve my own wellbeing, but also to better understand my soul's journey and life's purpose.

Over the years, this personal journey evolved into a true vocation. In 2011, after dedicating ten years to my own personal healing and spiritual development under the guidance of my beloved teacher, mentor, and lifelong friend, the late Lesley Hartley, I became a certified Reiki Master Healer.

Since then, I have continued to expand my knowledge through training in a wide range of holistic modalities, including Holistic Massage, Crystal and Mineral Healing, Meditation, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Herbalism, Pilates, and many other complementary healing practices. I have also studied the work of Dr. Joe Dispenza, exploring the remarkable connection between the mind, healing, and conscious manifestation, alongside numerous professional and personal development programmes.

Before fully embracing the holistic path, I spent 24 years in the banking sector, where I developed valuable professional, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Although it was an important chapter in my life, my heart was gradually leading me in a different direction. As my spiritual journey deepened, so did my desire to dedicate my life to holistic wellness and helping others reconnect with their own inner wisdom.

For several years, I practiced energy healing while working in a natural health store, gaining valuable experience in supporting people on their personal wellness journeys. In 2019, I expanded into holistic trading through an online business, and in 2020 I fulfilled a lifelong dream by opening my own holistic and crystal shop in Larnaca, Cyprus.

Driven by a passion to deepen my understanding of the fascinating world of crystals and minerals, I undertook advanced studies in Crystal and Mineral Therapy, including Mineralogy, History, Geology, and the energetic properties of crystals.

I had the honour of studying under Demetra Paraschou (Athens, Greece) — Psychotherapist, Crystal Therapist, Human Design Practitioner, Jungian Archetypal Studies Practitioner, and accredited trainer and member of the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM). Learning from a teacher with such profound knowledge, genuine love for the Mineral Kingdom, and deep respect for our planet and its natural treasures has enriched my understanding and strengthened my appreciation of this extraordinary field.

In June 2023, I became a Certified Crystal Healer, accredited by the International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM). More recently, I was honoured to become an accredited IPHM Training Provider, enabling me to teach and inspire others who wish to begin or deepen their own journey into Crystal and Mineral Therapy.

I truly believe that healing is a journey of reconnecting with ourselves — mind, body, and spirit. Every experience has taught me that we all possess an incredible inner capacity to heal, grow, and transform. It is both a privilege and a joy to accompany people on this beautiful journey.

As the commercial collection and sale of minerals originating from Cyprus and Greece are protected and regulated by law, our company does not sell locally sourced minerals from these countries.

Instead, we carefully import our crystals, minerals, Himalayan Salt products, and other holistic items from reputable suppliers around the world. Whenever possible, we source directly from their countries of origin — including Brazil, Pakistan (Himalayan Salt), South Africa, the United States, India, and Italy — as well as from trusted wholesale companies throughout Europe.

This allows us to offer authentic, high-quality products while respecting both environmental responsibility and the legal framework that protects our natural heritage.

In addition to offering carefully selected holistic products, crystals, minerals, books, and wellness items, our vision is to gradually expand our educational services.

In the future, we will be offering workshops and educational programmes in Crystal and Mineral Therapy, designed for anyone wishing to deepen their understanding of the fascinating Mineral Kingdom. These workshops will combine some scientific knowledge — including mineralogy, geology, and history — with the traditional and holistic perspectives of working with crystals and minerals.
